What is Scratch?

What is Scratch? Scratch is developed by the MIT Lab and used by students, teachers and young programmers worldwide to create animations and games. What should I prepare for the class?

Students just need to come with their own laptop (Windows / Mac), with Chrome installed. Please prepare computer login information and administrator access for students before the first lesson. Mouse and charger are highly recommended during the lesson.

What should I know about online teaching?

Using 2 devices in class is recommended (Laptop/Desktop computer with Chrome installed for practice, phone/tablet for video conference). Students will be asked to switch on camera and mic during the online class. Online classes may be recorded for internal use such as quality assurance and training purposes.
