1. How we use and collect your information
We will not sell or rent your personal contact information to other companies. We will not disclose your personal contact information to other companies, except in the limited manner and for the limited purposes described below. The CODING101 Suite platform includes various forms and data collection methods that permit the uploading of contact, payment, and educational workflow information. Providing such information is optional, but you may be unable to complete certain transactions, access AI-powered teaching aids, or utilize specific features of the CODING101 Suite websites or software without providing the requested information. Aggregated or non-personally identifiable usage data is collected solely for the purpose of CODING101 Suite’s internal analytics and is not shared with third parties.

CODING101 Suite may engage affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, service providers, authorized distributors, and other third parties in order to fulfill the purposes described above. These entities may be located throughout the world. CODING101 Suite may also release current or past user information to third parties for limited purposes in the event CODING101 Suite believes that usage is (i) in violation of the terms and conditions of use of the CODING101 Suite websites and/or (ii) associated with the commission of unlawful acts. CODING101 Suite may also disclose aggregate information to third parties.
IP addresses and cookies. We use your IP address to administer our websites and, occasionally, to help diagnose problems with our server. 2. How to remove or update your information
CODING101 Suite sends many types of e-mail including newsletters, pedagogical updates, and event announcements. You may choose not to receive these types of correspondence.

Note: If you are a licensed educator, student, or institutional user, you will continue to receive operational correspondence, such as e-mail notifications of new AI tool releases, maintenance updates, compliance renewals, and critical workflow notifications.
Correct/update your contact information: CODING101 Suite is committed to keeping your information as accurate as possible, in order to provide the best service to you. If you have a CODING101 Suite Account, you may make the necessary changes to your information online. 3. How long we store your information
We may keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements. For educational and workflow data, we prioritize secure retention practices aligned with institutional record-keeping standards and applicable data protection guidelines.
4. Changes to the Privacy Policy
CODING101 Suite may make improvements or changes in the information and other materials on the CODING101 Suite websites at any time without notice. CODING101 Suite may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Privacy Policy.
